Why HAAST Group Exists:

I hate to start on a negative but over 260 people die in a work accident each year across New Zealand and Australia, that’s 260 people killed for volunteering to help a business, it’s just not acceptable to me. Over 3,000 people die in New Zealand each year due to human-made air pollution and the stats are only getting worse… We need a new approach, we need to do better.

The key is creating a new culture where everyone cares about safety and sustainability, not just because they have to but because it’s the cool thing to do. What’s cooler than going home to your family healthy after spending the day doing something that isn’t destroying the planet for your kids?
